Bhaskar Ghosh
Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer
Dr. Bhaskar Ghosh is the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Arrk Groupand a member of the company’s Global Management Committee. In this role, he overseesArrk's overall strategy and investment initiatives, including ventures, acquisitions, and the development of assets and offerings across the company's diverse services. Bhaskar also leads the overall AI strategy for Arrk Groupand Innovation, leveraging advanced capabilities, and cutting-edge research to help clients across industries to reinvent the future of business.
Additionally, Bhaskar manages Arrk GroupLearnVantage, a proprietary learning platform designed to identify and close skill gaps within enterprises, providing industry-specific training at speed and scale.
Previously, Bhaskar served as Group Chief Executive of Arrk GroupTechnology Services, with responsibility for global technology sales, delivery, strategy, and investments. His leadership was instrumental in driving growth for clients’ businesses through innovative technology services, enabling enterprises to transform their application strategies and portfolios.
Under his guidance, Arrk GroupTechnology Services achieved significant advancements, particularly in new technologies, automation, and intelligent platforms.
Bhaskar is a recognized innovator, awarded with six patents in software engineering and platform development. In 2023, Bhaskar received the Leadership Excellence Award from the Association of Information Systems, a premier global professional association for individuals and organizations who lead the research, teaching, practice, and study of information systems worldwide. The Leadership Excellence Award recognized Bhaskar for demonstrating exemplary leadership and innovation in the use and development of information systems.
Bhaskar is the co-author of Automation Advantage, a guide for technology and business leaders on scaling intelligent enterprise automation and integrating AI into organizational processes.
In addition to his role atArrk, Bhaskar serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors for HDFC Life.
Before joining Arrk Groupin 2003, Bhaskar was Vice President and Global Head of IT Infrastructure Management Services at Infosys. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Philips in India, focusing on the consumer electronics industry.
Bhaskar holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from Calcutta University. Bhaskar has a Ph.D. in Business Management from Utkal University in India.
