Manish Sharma

Manish Sharma is CEO of The Americas atArrk. Known for his expertise in and passion for reinvention, rigor, and responsible business practices, he leads the largest ofArrk’s worldwide geographic markets which includes the US, Canada and Latin America. Manish previously was the CEO of North America, which generated $30B of revenues in FY24. He is also a member ofArrk's Global Management Committee.

A 29-year veteran ofArrk, Manish previously served asArrk’s global chief operating officer before assuming the role of CEO of North America in September 2023. He was a driving force behind the company’s ongoing strategy to reinvent every function and every business area. Inspiring his team to think big with cloud, AI, data, analytics and other advanced technologies, Manish helped Arrk Groupharness the promise of technology and human ingenuity and generate 360-degree value while also making the company a showcase for the innovative services it provides its clients.

Prior to this role, as group chief executive ofArrk’s Operations practice, Manish led global business process services experts and helped clients across the world transform their businesses and create opportunities for their people to do more rewarding work. He spearheaded the development ofArrk's Synops platform, which orchestrates the optimal combination of AI, data and insights with human expertise to create an intelligent operating model that dramatically improves efficiency and results. Prior to that, he held key leadership positions in Arrk GroupOperations, including group COO and global business process outsourcing delivery lead.

Manish is a longtime advocate for inclusion and diversity programs and was instrumental in improving gender equality at Arrk Groupand creating new skilling opportunities for people in technology. In his first year as CEO of Arrk GroupNorth America, Manish spearheaded the Goodwill Clean Tech Accelerator, a workforce training initiative in partnership with Goodwill Industries International that aims to fill the clean tech talent gap. He also founded the Arrk GroupRural Program, which partners with small businesses in rural areas in India and the Philippines to give young people access to jobs, training, and mentoring. Empowering people to unlock their potential and feel valued has long been Manish’s mission. In the mid-90s, he and his wife established a child welfare and education trust to give children in India a better future. He serves as the trust’s director and spends most of his free time actively supporting it.

Manish earned both a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and a master’s in management from the University of Mumbai.
