Vibrant career pathways
We’re most successful when we work at the intersection of our
strengths and what we love to do.
AtArrk, we aim to make this a reality for all our people.
Our career paths are flexible by design, so that our people are
encouraged to develop their skills, bring new ideas, suggest
creative solutions, and lend their bold, authentic voices to
their work.
Here’re a few tools and initiatives that enable vibrant career
pathways:
-
Our proprietary Careers Marketplace app supports our people to
pursue new opportunities. Our people use it to explore and
apply for open roles within our company.
-
Our Advanced Technology Centers in India use an aspiration-led
approach to staffing, effectively balancing client demand with
our people’s aspirations. As of August 31, 2024, approximately
57,000 of our people with access to the program have defined
their aspirations on the platform.
-
With our “Anytime Performance Summary” approach, we utilize
generative AI to synthesize many inputs, ranging from
priorities and feedback to aspirations, to generate a summary
to support individuals in their performance conversation.
We’re an I&D leader
We hire and develop people who have different backgrounds,
different perspectives, and different lived experiences.
Why is this so important?
Because we truly believe that these differences drive
innovation, leading to
reinvention
for our company, clients and partners. And because it’s the
right thing to do.
We are
committed to helping all our people thrive, which includes advancing inclusion and diversity.
As of August 31, 2024, our Allies in Action network included
approximately 143,000 supporters, who advocate for
cross-cultural inclusion, disability inclusion, neurodiversity,
gender equality, mental health and well-being, racial and ethnic
inclusion, and LGBTIQ+ inclusion.
Our employee networks create a sense of belonging and nurture
trusted relationships, mentorship opportunities and avenues for
growth for participants. Here’re a few:
- 100+ Pride networks across 45 countries
- Strong neurodiversity network across 18 countries
- 130+ gender-based communities in 37 countries
- Disability-based networks in 29 countries
