In 2002, following the successful navigation of the
Y2K and DotCom crises, Arrk expanded its operations
to India. The company established an Indian
subsidiary, introducing its innovative VodC-based
technical service delivery model and marking a
significant step in its global growth.

In 2005, Arrk took a major leap by acquiring a
200-seat facility and setting up a cutting-edge
development centre in India. The company also
secured a significant IT services contract with a
leading UK auto insurance firm, deploying a blended
team of over 75 onshore and offshore professionals
to deliver the project successfully.

2006 – Major Shift in the Vehicle Leasing
Industry
In 2006, Arrk advanced its VodC practices, reshoring
existing operations to further strengthen its
service model. More significantly, the company
secured a major new account in the vehicle leasing
industry, marking another milestone in its growing

Arrk's customers, especially in the Banking,
Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. In
response, Arrk quickly adopted lean practices,
leading to substantial cost savings for both the

period into a mutually beneficial outcome.
